Introduction

This policy governs the cancellation and refund of your subscriptions to Paper Lab.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final and funds are strictly non-refundable once the subscription is activated. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is non-refundable, if an accidental duplicate charge or technical error occurs on our billing side, approved refunds for these edge cases will be processed and credited to the customer's original payment method / bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID.
